Who we are

7CEAS Shisha Lounge is a Cyprus business with lounges in Oroklini, Larnaca and Paralimni. In these terms “we” and “us” means 7CEAS Shisha Lounge. Phone +357 96 471034, Instagram @7ceas_shishalounge, or ask at the counter of any lounge, where the registered company details are available on request.

Our venues are 18+

We serve shisha, so our lounges are for adults only. You must be 18 or over to be served, and our staff may ask for ID.

You order on the tablet at your table or with our staff, and you pay at the counter. Prices are in euro and include VAT. The menu and prices can change; the price shown when you order is the one you pay.

Please smoke responsibly. Our staff may refuse service or ask a guest to leave if the safety or comfort of other guests is at risk.

The 7CEAS Loyalty Card

The card is free. Your mobile number is your card: give it at the counter and we add your stamps.

• One card per mobile number, and one stamp per shisha bought and paid for.
• Stamp 4 gives you a free bowl change (a fresh bowl for the same pipe). Stamp 7 gives you 50% off one shisha.
• After stamp 7 the card resets to zero and a new round starts. Stamps stay valid while your card is active; a card with no stamp for 24 months is closed and its data deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
• Rewards can be used at 7CEAS venues only, during opening hours. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to someone else or combined with another offer unless we say so.
• Only our staff can add stamps. We may remove stamps or rewards added by mistake or obtained unfairly.
• We may change or end the programme. We will give notice on this website and at the counter, and rewards already earned can still be used for at least 30 days after that notice.
• Joining is for adults only. By joining you confirm you are 18 or over and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

This website

The website is for information: menus, venues, hours and the loyalty card. We keep it accurate as best we can, but what is served on the night may differ.

Reservations go through WhatsApp; the map, the reviews and Instagram open services run by other companies under their own terms.

The photos, logo and texts belong to 7CEAS or their authors. Please ask before reusing them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or were caused by events outside our control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies. If something goes wrong, talk to us first: we would rather fix it over a shisha.
